We are committed to ensure the highest standards in Health and Safety, for our Employees and Sub-Contractors, from the start of the building process on site until you move in, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990.


Our H&S is reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that all changes in legislation are incorporated and that our procedures and their implementation remain effective.

Site Managers are responsible of ensuring safe working practices throughout the building phase and make sure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Plan is followed.

All our working environments are DDA compliant.

 

 

Our objective at the planning stage is to assist our clients in identifying their needs and key objectives and based upon these, assemble the team of professional staff that will be required to achieve the end product.

Working with our clients' staff, we prepare budget forecasts, CAD layouts and planning schedules, before sourcing the contractors necessary to achieve the goals set by our client.

 

Once the project is approved and underway, Cad IT Design Associates will monitor and report back on every stage of the process, ensuring that quality and cost is carefully controlled.

This will ensure that the whole process is managed in both a cost and time effective manner.
