When Cad IT Design Associates was founded in 1991, the only method of procurement available to companies embarking upon an office relocation or refurbishment was to separately appointed architects, designers, quantity surveyors and building contractors, all with their own different approach and working processes. Often resulting in disorganised and incoherent teams.

With the launch of the one-stop concept, the relocating company could opt to place responsibility for the entire project in the hands of one organisation. Seamless teamwork, cost certainty, program clarity and centralised control replaced the stress of
drawn-out programmes, runaway costs and endless snagging.

Since then, we have further developed and refined our services to meet every possible need of both occupiers and landlords, at every stage of the process.
